STANDARD RENTAL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND WARRANTY

RENTAL PERIOD & EQUIPMENT CONDITION
The rental period begins when the equipment leaves Ready Set Inc.’s possession and ends when it is returned and checked back into our facility. Customer acknowledges they have inspected the rented items prior to use, found them to be in good working order, and agrees to return them in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ready Set Inc., its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the rental, delivery, pickup, presence, installation, use, operation, or possession of the rented items. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death, regardless of whether such claims are brought by the Customer, their employees, attendees, guests, or any third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Ready Set Inc. be liable to the Customer or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost event revenue, or production delays) arising out of the use or failure of the rented items. Ready Set Inc.’s total aggregate liability under this agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the total rental fees actually paid by the Customer under the specific invoice for that project.

DAMAGE, LOSS, AND EQUIPMENT CARE
The Customer assumes all risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the rented items from any cause whatsoever during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss, the Customer agrees to pay Ready Set Inc. the full current replacement cost for new equipment, or the actual cost of repair if the item can be restored to its original condition.

NO WARRANTIES
Except as expressly provided herein, Ready Set Inc. rents all items on an "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. Ready Set Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the rented items, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, production aesthetic, or public display requirement.
