SHOP CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE POLICY

Overview

Ready Set Inc. is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safe working environment for everyone in the shop. This policy establishes a clear and consistent framework for addressing conduct issues so expectations are understood and standards are applied fairly across the company.

The goal of this system is not to punish mistakes.

This policy intends to provide structure and clarity so employees can focus on their work in an environment where expectations are consistent and issues are addressed appropriately.

The policy outlines how conduct violations are categorized, how they may escalate if repeated, and how issues will be documented and reviewed.

All disciplinary decisions are reviewed by management to ensure they are applied thoughtfully and fairly. Employees who have questions or concerns about a disciplinary action may request a review through the appropriate management channels.

PERFORMANCE VS CONDUCT

Not all problems are disciplinary. If an issue results from training, skill, or experience, management will address it through coaching or performance improvement rather than conduct discipline.
